These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and jlxx ("jlxx," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the jlxx online gaming platform available at jlxx.org, including all associated games, services, features, promotions, and payment functions. 1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration
To access jlxx's full range of games and services, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and a valid mobile number. jlxx reserves the right to verify this information at any time using third-party identity verification services or by requesting documents directly from you.
3.1 One Account Policy
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one jlxx account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details, different email addresses, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. jlxx employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances or winnings forfeited at jlxx's discretion.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlxx account credentials, including your username and password. 3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframes specified by jlxx may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on jlxx are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). jlxx does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. jlxx is not responsible for fees imposed by third-party payment processors.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotional terms. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements — live dealer games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. 5.2 Bonus Abuse
jlxx monitors bonus usage to detect abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity, and colluding with other players to artificially fulfill bonus conditions. Where bonus abuse is identified, jlxx reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the account involved.
5.3 Bonus Expiry
Bonuses not claimed within the offer period, and bonus balances not wagered within the validity window, will expire and be removed from the account automatically. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.
6. Game Rules & Fair Play
All games available on jlxx — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, crash games, and table games — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live streamed physical dealing. Game outcomes are determined fairly and in accordance with the published return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game. jlxx does not manipulate game outcomes beyond the inherent house edge disclosed in the game rules.
6.1 Game Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game round, the affected round may be voided and any wager placed during that round refunded. jlxx will use server-side logs to determine the state of the game at the point of malfunction. 7. Sports Betting Rules
Sports betting on jlxx is governed by the specific sports betting rules applicable to each market, which are published within the sports section of the platform. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on jlxx:
- All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds may change after a bet is placed; the confirmed odds at acceptance are binding.

- Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled or abandoned will be voided and stakes returned, unless otherwise stated in the specific sport rules.

8. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on jlxx and constitute material breaches of these Terms:
- Opening or attempting to open more than one account per person.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated mechanism to interact with the jlxx platform in a manner not intended for human players.
- Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting technical errors are not valid.

jlxx cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities. Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or underage gambling will be reported to the relevant authorities, including PAGCOR, AMLC, and the Philippine National Police where appropriate.
9. Account Suspension & Closure
9.1 Suspension by jlxx
jlxx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jlxx reasonably believes that: the account holder has breached these Terms; the account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity; jlxx is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive; or the account holder is no longer eligible to use the platform.
During a suspension investigation, jlxx may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests. This hold will be lifted as soon as the investigation is concluded, or funds will be returned to the verified payment source if the account is closed.
9.2 Closure by Player
You may request the closure of your jlxx account at any time by contacting jlxx support via live chat. Before closing, any remaining account balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed back to your registered payment method following standard KYC checks. Account closure requests made for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) will be implemented with priority and the account will be blocked from reopening for the self-exclusion period requested.
10. Intellectual Property

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlxx's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jlxx platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jlxx account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jlxx shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of winnings due to technical malfunction outside jlxx's reasonable control; losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms; delays caused by third-party payment processors; or service interruptions resulting from force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, network outages, or cyberattacks.
Gambling involves inherent financial risk. jlxx is a gaming platform, not a financial services provider. By using jlxx, you accept that you may lose all funds deposited and that jlxx bears no responsibility for gambling losses incurred in the course of normal platform use.
12. Privacy & Data Protection

15.1 Dispute Resolution Process
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting jlxx support via live chat. jlxx will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receiving a written complaint submitted through the official support channel. If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable licensing conditions.
15.2 Language
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
